Hello, Kia Ora
and Hola
Whare tapa wha is about One model for understanding Māori health is the concept of 'te whare tapa whā' – the four cornerstones (or sides) of Māori health. With its strong foundations and four equal sides, the symbol of the wharenui illustrates the four dimensions of Māori well-being
This is useful to understand because it’s about our physical and mental health.
I participated okay, I contributed by doing one of the four walls, next time I will participate more in the work.
It was challenging when I was put on the spot and rush my wall, I coped with this challenge by working at it fast.
I worked well with others because I work pretty well with other people.
Next time I will help out more
I hope you learnt something new
Bye has a nice day.
