Five ways Of Wellbeing (Wga)

So in Wga, we have been working on Identifying the five ways of wellbeing. And how they all connect to Connect, Take Notice, Keep learning and Be active.


Define the terms important to the 5 Ways of Wellbeing here:

Give- Taha Whanau 

Take Notice- Taha Wairua 

Connect- Taha Hinengaro 

Be Active- Taha Tinana

Keep Learning- Taha Wairua 


Define the terms of Te Whare Tapa Whā here:

Taha Tinana- Physical 

Taha Whānau- Family

Taha Hinengaro- Mental and Emotional 

Taha Wairua- Spiritual
