Statistics

Statistics

Hello welcome back  today I am telling you about what mean, median and mode means

Well mean means
Add up all the numbers then divided  it by the amount of numbers (average)

Median means
The number that comes in the middle of the set of numbers when they are put in order.

Mode
The number that appears most often in a set of data.

We did an example on means  here are my two examples:
the temperature in Christchurch over the past 5 days are
19 18 16 15 20
all you have to do is add all of them together and you should get 88 they divide it by five and you should get 17.6 the add four to the .6 and you should have 18

Next one the temperature in Christchurch predicted for the next 5 days are 13 12 14 14 12
you do the same for this one and you should have 65 then divide it by five and you should have 13.
My conclusion is it seems to get colder for winter.
